He has extended his services to many organisations in past like Action Aid, SEWA, AWAG and Pratham apart from Himmat from its beginning. He is good with curriculum design for children, using efficiency and technology to ideate grass root solutions for social and economic development of marginalized. He specialices in incubating community enterprises and hold extensive experience in providng hand holding support. He is currently executive trustee of Himmat. Since last few years he has been doing organic farming in rural Maharashtra.
