Himmat and IFSED (Ideal Foundation for Social and Economical Development) partnered in January 2017 to expand legal services and incubating multispecialty revenue based legal centre name “Nyayika Vatwa” which aims to cater affordable legal services and facilitate dweller’s application to seek their various socio-economic privileges from state. The Nyayika Vatwa focuses only on service delivery and result oriented part once beneficiary is ready to file suit or enrol her/his application.
23 sub-pockets of Vatwa are covered through Nyayika Vatwa with the team of 7 community leaders, marketing professional and centre manager. In case of police involvement, health emergencies and family dispute mediation Himmat has been networking separately with local police stations, hospitals and other related stake holder(s).
Himmat has intervened in almost more than 450 legal cases of women, out of which 70% of them are addressed within time frame.
