He is instrumental in designing and setting up people’s organisations, women’s saving and credit cooperatives, CBOs and NGOs. During registration of Himmat he has helped in formulising objectives and compliances. Being a Managing Trustee of Janvikas he continued strengthening many orgnaisations working on caste, communal and ethnic discrimination, youth, livelihood and organisation development including Himmat.
