Founder of Himmat - Curator, content developer and creative producer of children’s films with a deep commitment towards nurturing a relevant and viable children’s film industry in the region. As a children’s media specialist and creative consultant Monica has developed programming, production and promotion strategies for national and international; private, government and non-profit organisations involved with children’s media in Southasia. She organises and curates Children's Film Festivals; develops children's film projects and programming slates and acquires international children and youth films for Indian broadcasters. Monica has served on many film festival juries including International Emmy Awards.
